I was helping my friend Kate over at the Bird's Nest Photography with a photo session recently and took a few myself of course. There were a lot of ant piles in this field and even though I was aware of this, ended up with a foot in one of them and ants all up my leg. Right next to a road, I'm glad I was able to just brush them off and only get a few bites without taking off my pants. Definitely wouldn't want any pictures of something like that....or the way I jumped around like crazy when I realized them crawling on my arm. But those kind of things I'm willing to risk to get pictures like these of this little cutey. The hat & pearls...the outfit below....so adorable.
